There are several men who regularly attend my classes, and the number is growing
Increased ease of movement and flexibility is important for my male clients, but knowing they have a pelvic floor and how to engage it is sometimes a revelation!

Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes that allow you to move easily.
There is no dress code, except no bare feet please (for hygiene purposes).
Socks with sticky grips on the sole are recommended as the floor can be slippy. My son Tom has designed and had his very own grip socks manufactured - you can buy them from my shop.

You will need to bring a mat, band, ball and cushion or towel. Plus a sitting block if you find sitting on the floor with your legs straight difficult.
You can purchase all the equipment through my website and I can bring it to class (avoids postage fees)
I can lend you most equipment the first week until you get your self sorted.

Yes! I have lots of clients that have artificial hips, knees and shoulders.
Each exercise can be modified should it cause any concern or difficulty.

Face to face and Zoom classes are 55 minutes
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of your class
Video classes vary between 30 and 50 minutes

If you know you are going to be away then you can use the swap board to take an alternative class.
Swaps must be done in the same block however - they can not be carried over to the next block
