Early Bird Booking

Once you join a face to face class you get priority booking for that same class the following term

  • None of my classes are super advanced. The focus is on safety, quality of movement and correct execution.

Level 1 to 2 is suitable for beginners and anyone recovering from an injury or illness

Level 2 is a general intermediate class for those who have done Pilates before

Level 3 is a slightly quicker pace and suitable for those that are in good physical health

  • On average about 12 to 14 people with a maximum limit of 18 (although this number is rare)

This allows for ample space to move and for Kate to give you good 1 to 1 feedback

  • Classes consist of a standing warm up section working on spinal and joint mobility, posture and balance.

We then move to the floor to work on strength, core stability, mobility and flexibility.

    Gentle stretching to finish

Classes are 55 minutes in duration

  • Llanfoist Village Hall, Church Lane, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, NP7 9LP

A large, light, clean hall with underfloor heating and ample parking

Equipment

You will need to bring your own equipment

A mat, soft ball, resistance band, cushion or towel (for your head) and possibly a sitting block

I also recommend my son Tom’s socks - we co-designed these to be perfect for Pilates - great grip and super soft and comfy
