Just a quick email to say that I’m really enjoying the Online Pilates Videos!

I can fit in the half hour sessions three of four times during my week.

The exercises have made a big difference in easing my shoulders and back after a day at my desk.

I do a few of the standing exercises every day after my bath.

One which has recently felt very good, and has helped my posture, is where you encourage us to ease our heads back so the neck is in a straighter line with the spine.

So helpful with posture and lessons painful backache.

All in all your exercises continue to be great!

Kate makes her classes fun, and always explains every move and breath.

I hate missing a class.

Kate is a very professional and approachable instructor.

Her classes are extremely effective whilst at the same time being lots of fun.

I particularly like the fact that she describes clearly the correct posture and where we should feel it.

I definitely feel more toned, especially around the abdominal area.

I have tried Pilates with a number of instructors over the years, but quite frankly I didn’t think it pushed me enough.

I can quite honestly say that Kate’s way of instructing suits me. She explains the positions really well with demonstrations.

By doing Kate’s class, I can not only bounce a ten pence from my ‘glutes’, I can also bounce a ten pence piece from my abdomen!

I started doing Kate’s classes to strengthen my core as I had been suffering from acute lower back pain.

Two years on I am benefiting hugely from Kate’s skilled and accurate pilates instruction.

I have to say that Kate is the most careful, knowledgeable and inspiring teacher I have ever had.

I attended a Pilates class many years ago in London, but the teacher was not as good as Kate.

After doing Pilates with Kate for the last 8 months, people are commenting on the change in my body shape and tone.

Having done other Pilates classes I find Kate’s classes calm but fun, she clearly explains how and why we are doing an exercise.

Kate often shows us things and I think ‘no way can I do that’ but I can.

Pilates makes me feel much more flexible and has really helped my sciatica.

I often start the class feeling 65 yrs+ but finish feeling more like 35 yrs!

I have suffered with lower back problems since my early 20s.

Having undertaken various other exercise regimes I find Pilates has given me confidence to exercise and strengthen my whole body.

Plus I am more aware of my posture.

Kate’s Pilates Videos are always fun and varied.

I know that my weekly workout improves my flexibility and overall muscle strength.

As  a result I am much less likely to suffer aches and pains after a day’s gardening or a long walk in the hills, or even after an hour or two of energetic housework.

I thoroughly enjoy Kate’s Pilates classes. I started because of pain in my hips – this has improved considerably. I really notice it when I miss a week! 

Kate’s teaching style is warm, knowledgeable and very clear. 

As a health care professional I am very aware of the importance of back care, and Pilates has greatly improved my core strength. 

I always feel wonderful at the end of a session – my whole body feels as though it’s been gently stretched with everything put back as it should be!

I have never done any sort of exercise class before, but PiIates has me hooked.

Kate is a wonderful teacher, pushing us to explore what our bodies are capable of with firmness and good humour.

I have just done my first video class! I really, really enjoyed it. I can feel the goodness it’s done already,

I loved the class. I was able to follow the whole video by flinging my laptop about as I moved from standing, to lying, to my side, etc. Am really happy with how it went.

No streaming problems, navigation was simple, and everything worked exactly as planned.

I had heard of Pilates previously, however I did not know what it entailed until I started Kate’s classes.

The central body core control exercises and stretching techniques Kate has taught me, have helped me to regain body tone and a flatter tummy!

I feel my circulation has improved greatly too. Good for the mind, body and soul.

Kate’s classes are absolutely wonderful, I’ve loved every class.

Even on a day when I was feeling particularly rough, I finished feeling like I was floating on air.

Also several people have remarked that I am looking slimmer. I’ve actually only lost an odd pound, but I think it’s that I’m holding myself better & that my core is stronger already. 

Kate’s classes are focused, fun and fabulous for building strength and flexibility.

Since I started with Kate 3 years ago I have better posture, better muscle tone and a flatter stomach!
