Hi Kate – have just done my first class! I really, really enjoyed it. I can feel the goodness it’s done already, I’m sure of it! I loved the class. I was able to follow the whole class by flinging my laptop about as I moved from standing, to lying, to on my side, etc. Am really happy with how it went.
