10 minute classes

A quick ten to fifteen minutes of Pilates can be as effective as a longer workout and perfect when you are tight on time. You can do these mini Pilates workouts on their own or bolted together.

Some of the workouts are general, some focus on a specific part of the body, like your shoulders or core. Others are 10 minutes of pure stretching and mobilisation, perfect for when your back is especially stiff and needs some gently exercises to get it moving again.

If you do a variety through the week you will get an all over benefit. Oh, and please let me know if you have any requests!
