  • I consider myself to be one of the most skilled professionals in my field.

    My entire career has been in the fitness industry with over 30 years’ experience running my own health and exercise business.

    I am an expert instructor with the necessary knowledge, experience, skills and qualifications.

    I have been teaching Pilates for over 15 years and in 2019 I had over 400 face to face clients a week across 23 classes.

    I now combine teaching a very special group of 120 or so ‘mature’ clients face to face while developing and growing the online side of my Pilates business.

    Before Pilates I spent an enjoyable twelve years managing a sports medicine clinic at University of Bristol where I also did a MSc in Exercise & Health Science.

    I am an internationally qualified volleyball coach and player and mum to two grown up children.

    Having returned to my roots in the Brecon Beacons 20 years ago, I spend my time teaching Pilates, walking the mountains and volunteering coaching volleyball to young people.

  • My niche is providing Pilates for people age 40 to 80.

    You are probably looking for exercises appropriate to your state of health whether that be suffering from back pain, arthritic joints, recovering from an illness or operation, or feeling just a bit slower and stiffer

    Just because we are getting older doesn’t mean we have to do less, but it may mean being more selective about what we do, depending on what we have going on in our bodies at the time.

    My classes are both safe and effective for the middle age and older body. Focus is on doing the Pilates exercise ‘well’ rather than making it ‘hard’. I offer different level classes and can ensure you are working at the level appropriate for you.

    I want you to feel comfortable, safe and cared for during the class and to leave feeling invigorated, taller and more relaxed in your body.
